Important donation guidelines
Before you donate, please be aware of the following key requirements:
- Ontario Residency: Only individuals who are normally residents of Ontario are permitted to make campaign contributions. Contributions from corporations, trade unions, or non-residents are strictly prohibited.
- Per-Candidate Limit: An eligible individual can contribute a maximum of $1,200 to any single candidate.
- Combined Limit: An individual's total combined contributions to all candidates running for the same school board (such as the OCDSB) cannot exceed $5,000.
